‘Discoboy’ Lee Marshall was arrested on suspicion of common assault following the incident on Tuesday evening
Internet prankster Jack Jones, whose home-made videos regularly attract millions of viewers, called the police this week after a rival prankster ‘attacked’ him with a pizza.
Lee Marshall, who releases viral videos under the name ‘Discoboy’, filmed himself slapping Jones in the face with the pizza after spotting him on the streets of Canterbury.
Jones, whose has more than three million subscribers on his Facebook page, has won fame with a series of videos in which he ‘pranks’ members of the public.
In one video from 2015 he appears to chase strangers in the street with adead rat. Another shows him apparently stealing hats from the heads of people he passes in the street.
However, Jones reacted angrily to Marshall’s ‘prank’ on him on Tuesday night.

Marshall told the Mirror: “I was by myself at Canterbury station at around 10pm waiting for my mate to arrive eating pizza. He just walked past me with all his friends and I thought why not. I didn’t know he was going to react like that.
“If it was me, knowing who I am, I would have laughed it off, even if it had ****** me off but he’s got no banter.
“He called the police and when they turned up they said ‘what is he on about?’ They know what he’s like but they’ve got to do their job and arrested me.”
Jones and Marshall have known each other for three years. Marshall has helped Jones make videos in the past, but the pair are no longer on good terms.

Marshall’s video of the incident has gone viral since he uploaded it on Wednesday, picking up close to five million views in less than 24 hours.
He was arrested on suspicion of common assault following the incident in Canterbury, and was released on unconditional police bail.
